This one's got a really noticeable sweet cookie dough flavor right up front. The extended honey process gives it a nice, ripe orange acidity and just a touch of that interesting, slightly funky finish. You'll also pick up almond and those classic chocolate notes you expect from a great Costa Rican coffee. It's got that depth and brightness we love from a well-done honey process.
'Los Campos' farm is located in the 'Los Santos' region and more specifically Tablón del Guarco, Cartago. This region is recognized for high altitudes and quality coffee.

This special coffee comes from the Ramirez-Navarro family, led by Mr. Alexis Ramirez, a farmer with a lifetime of experience. In 2015, they realized their vision by building Los Campos, their own micro-mill, giving them full control over quality and traceability. This allowed them to move away from the traditional cooperative system and focus on crafting truly unique, high-quality coffees. Partnering with Grounds was a dream come true, enabling them to establish direct trade, build stronger relationships with buyers, and receive fair compensation for their hard work.
